This was my second time participating in Ottawa's International Ice-carving competition. This year I returned with a new carving partner, Ludi Suryawan (seen at the right of the photo). Crowning Stupa of Borobudur.

Borobudur is the world's largest Buddhist stone temple, built between the seventh and eighth centuries in Central Java, Indonesia.
Crowning Stupa of Borobudur symbolizes the peaceful life of Buddha.
